You are going to travel and have started to pack your things. Then, you start to ask yourself, “What things should be in my carry-on bag?”

However, these policies vary from country to country. I flew to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on August 2016 and my 150g toothpaste was able to go through. But when I travelled to Brunei on September 2016, my 150g toothpaste was confiscated. To be safe, just bring items that are not over 100g or 100ml if you do not want it to be thrown in the bin.
