How to cook banana pancake

Pancakes are good for breakfast. It is good for snacks, too. There are many flavors that you can have for pancake. Here is a recipe for you that will guide you on how to cook banana pancake.

Here are the ingredients needed in cooking banana pancake:

  • banana
  • flour
  • baking powder
  • butter
  • vanilla
  • milk
  • sugar

Here are the steps needed in cooking banana pancake:

1. Put the banana, vanilla, milk, butter and sugar in a blender and mix.

2. Mix the flour and baking powder together in a bowl.

3. Pour the banana mixture in the bowl with flour and baking powder. Mix together to make a batter.

4. Heat the pan and put oil.

5. Scoop the batter and put in the pan. Flip the pancake to cook both sides.

6. Repeat Step 5 until no more batter.

7. Before eating your pancake, you may add some toppings like cream cheese, strawberry, chocolate or whatever that delights you.

After cooking this banana pancake, I found out that it is even more delicious with cheese mixed with the pancake. The next time I cook it, it will be banana-cheese pancake! 😊
